Using this site

You need to be at least 18, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to buy from us. Don't use the site for anything unlawful, don't try to break or interfere with it, and don't copy our content, photography, or branding for your own commercial use.

Products and pricing

We do our best to describe and photograph our products accurately, but colours and packaging can vary slightly from what's on screen.

Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice. If we've listed something at an obviously wrong price, we may cancel the order and refund you rather than honour it — we'll always tell you first.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a completed sale. We may refuse or cancel any order — including for suspected fraud, reseller activity, a pricing error, or if we can't fulfil it. If we cancel after you've paid, you get a full refund.

Subscriptions

If you sign up for a subscription, you're authorising us to charge your payment method on the interval you selected until you cancel. You can skip, pause, or cancel any time from the link in your order emails or by emailing us — do it before your next order processes to avoid being charged for it.

Product use and disclaimers

Our products are cosmetics for external use only. They are not drugs, they're not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and no statements on this site have been evaluated by the FDA.

Read the ingredient list before you use anything, especially if you have sensitive skin or known allergies. No cosmetic product is reaction-proof for every person. Stop using it if your skin reacts, and see a doctor or dermatologist if a reaction is severe or doesn't settle.

Intellectual property

The Northline name, logo, product names, photography, and copy on this site belong to us. Don't reproduce or use them commercially without written permission.

Third-party services

We use third parties for payments, fulfilment, email, and analytics. Their handling of your information is covered by their own terms and by our Privacy Policy.

To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability for any claim relating to a product or this site is limited to what you paid for the product in question. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
