By placing an order you represent that you are of legal age and that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed and shipped.

4. Subscriptions
By subscribing to a recurring delivery plan you authorize Northline LLC to charge your payment method automatically on the agreed billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting us at northlineskin@gmail.com. Cancellations must be made before the next billing date to avoid being charged for that cycle.

5. Shipping
We ship to addresses within the United States. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Northline LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events outside our control. Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds
We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all orders. If you are not satisfied with your purchase contact us at northlineskin@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order and we will issue a full refund. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Northline website including text, images, logos, and product designs is the property of Northline LLC and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

8. Disclaimer
Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Results may vary. 9. Limitation of Liability
Northline LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Arizona.
